I provide joyful, collaborative and empowered sleep consultation for clients with sleep challenges, resulting in improved quality of life, confidence and overall health. I have worked with many families over the my 8 years of experience through my work within the neurodivergent community.
Having worked with many families and children with autism and other diagnoses over the last 20 years, I continue to believe that every family needs a unique plan for their goals and family life. Being trained in behavior analysis has given me the tools to help families achieve those goals, and give the greatest gift you can give to a parent - sleep.
Our approach to sleep consultation is team oriented, data-driven and grounded in research. Our goal is to answer the question "why is your child not sleeping well", so we can develop a plan specific to your needs. We can help individuals over the age of 2. We also have extensive experience working with children with autism and sleep related challenges. Our experience has shown us that by asking the right questions, providing direct support to parents and individualizing, we can give you the tools to achieve a healthy night sleep for everyone!
We are able to provide support to families and individuals from all over the world with a remote model.
We have provided support to families from various areas including: Maple Ride, Coquitlam, Langley, Kelowna, West Kelowna, California, Vancouver, Pitt Meadows and so many more!

Our approach is grounded in research within the fields of behavior analysis, autism, sleep and child development. We specialize in understanding behaviour, hiring a Behavior Analyst means you're entering a process. There is no "one size fits all" sleep plan. We will guide you through a comprehensive assessment, work on goals you choose and make sure we achieve success, which usually ends up with a child sleeping.
We are lucky to be able to provide remote support to families. This means that you can get help with sleep from the comfort of your own home! Through the use of remote video conferencing, we are able to assess your needs and discuss treatment options. We do our best to be as involved as possible to make sure families feel supported and empowered.
We have had great success with many families using this model and cannot wait to support you!
If your child is set up with Autism Funding (AFU), we are Registered Autism Service Providers (RASP), Category A.
